XIII. I Now it was the sixth month with her, and behold Joseph came from his building, and he entered into his house and found her great with child. And he smote his face, and cast himself down upon the ground on sackcloth and wept bitterly, saying: With what countenance shall I look unto the Lord my God ? and what prayer shall I make concerning this maiden? for I received her out of the temple of the Lord my God a virgin, and have not kept her safe. Who is he that hath ensnared me? Who hath done this evil in mine house and hath defiled the virgin? Is not the story of Adam repeated in me? for as at the hour of his giving thanks the serpent came and found Eve alone and deceived her, so hath it befallen me also.
And Joseph arose from off the sackcloth and called Mary and said unto her O thou that wast cared for by God, why hast thou done this? thou hast forgotten the Lord thy God. Why hast thou humbled thy soul, thou that wast nourished up in the Holy of Holies and didst receive food at the hand of an angel? 3 But she wept bitterly, saying: I am pure and I know not a man.
And Joseph said unto her: Whence then is that which is in thy womb? and she said: As the Lord my God liveth, I know not whence it is come unto me." - Protevangelium of James

It is those of you that have the eyes to see, ears to hear, and mind to understand that make the effort of this website and our stance with Christ and truth, worth the onslaught of anger, hatred, and character assassination perpetuate it by those without the eyes to see. .

"And I know that you have understood, because you had already understood that I am the knowledge of the truth. So while you accompany me, although you are uncomprehending, you have (in fact) already come to know, and you will be called 'the one who knows himself'. For he who has not known himself has known nothing, but he who has known himself has at the same time already achieved knowledge about the depth of the all. So then, you, my brother Thomas, have beheld what is obscure to men, that is, what they ignorantly stumble against."
And [the savior] answered, saying, "[Blessed is] the wise man who [sought after the truth, and] when he found it, he rested upon it forever and was unafraid of those who wanted to disturb him."
I was just recently asked about what I thought of this particular book:
This is a book pertaining to the dawn of human civilization. It covers a historical period called the Eneolithic (Chalcolithic). It relates the history of the oldest civilization known in Europe, called by the broad concept of "Ancient Europe." The book is a sensational discovery about the earliest known inhabitants of Ancient Europe, whose ethnic name has come to us by classical authors like Homer, Hero-dot, Pythagoras, Plutarch and many others.
It follows the story of the rediscovery of ancient Thrace people called from times immemorial simply "The Thracians". These people were known to Herodotus as "the most numerous ethnic group, second multiplicity only induce Cites" and Homer, who wrote his Iliad, as "people who remind him of the gods."
The majority of this let other story to tell - archaeologists in the ancient past, for example. Of me belongs to you dedicate at least part of it, but so does perhaps the most glorious because it refers to one such aspect of the life of these ancient people - Thracians - which makes them particularly unique among all their neighbors taking into account all the other things.

I am often asked why I believe that Cain is a child of the serpent when the King James version of the bible in Genesis 4:1 says this:
And Adam knew Eve his wife; and she conceived, and bare Cain, and said, I have gotten a man from the LORD. – Genesis 4:1
The first thing that I ask in reply Is why do they believe the fruit of the tree the knowledge of good and evil to be an apple? I then ask them how Eve’s eating of this fruit could in any way result in the curses levied upon her and the serpent specifically with Eve having to birth children in pain and sorrow as well as how eating an apple could lead to enmity between her seed and the seed of the serpent? And why after eating this fruit would they cover up their genitals?
Then I point out that when one studies the Targum translation of Genesis 3:15, 4:1, and chapter five that one is confronted with an alternate perspective to the garden parable affirming that there was something very different about Cain, which is not usually spoken about in mainstream churches or Sunday school teaching. For those that don’t know what the Targums are or where they came from, Targum meaning translation, are the Aramaic translations of the original Hebrew Torah compiled in the first…Continue

I think it's interesting that one of my friends Casey Brown, Enterthe5t4rz on Youtube released a video quite a long time back, discussing how the enclosed world system resembles that of a giant eyeball. And even though I saw it posted on his channel I never took the time to watch it in full until I discovered this passage in a book called The Legends of the Jews released back in 1909 by Louis Ginzberg. And so it certainly caught my attention piquing my interest in this particular video.
The superiority of man to the other creatures is apparent in the very manner of his creation, altogether different from theirs. He is the only one who was created by the hand of God. The rest sprang from the word of God. The body of man is a microcosm, the whole world in miniature, and the world in turn is a reflex of man. The hair upon his head corresponds to the woods of the earth, his tears to a river, his mouth to the ocean. Also, the world resembles the ball of his eye: the ocean that encircles the earth is like unto the white of the eye, the dry land is the iris, Jerusalem the pupil, and the Temple the image mirrored in the pupil of the eye. But man is more than a mere image of this world. He unites both heavenly and earthly qualities within himself. In four he resembles the angels, in four the beasts. His power of speech, his discriminating intellect, his upright walk, the glance of his eye--they all make an angel of him. But, on the other hand, he eats and drinks, secretes the waste matter in his body, propagates his kind, and dies, like the beast of the field. Therefore God said before the creation of man: "The celestials are not propagated, but they are immortal; the beings on earth are propagated, but they die. I will create man to be the union of the two, so that when he sins, when he behaves like a beast, death shall…Continue

While some people make a name for themselves, in the case of Og, it may be that the name created the person.
Deuteronomy 3.11 describes King Og of Bashan as ‘the last of the remnant of the Rephaim’ and notes that he is buried in a sarcophagus nine by four cubits in size (13 1/2 by 6 feet). Deuteronomy 1.4 describes King Og as reigning in two cities, Ashteroth and Edrei. In addition, a Ugaritic text from about 1200 B.C. (KTU 1.108) states that another member of the Rephaim (or as they said in Ugaritic, a member of the Rapiˀuma) reigned at Ashteroth and Edrei (or Athtarat and Hedrey). Again, an early fifth-century B.C. tomb inscription from the Phoenician city of Byblos (Byblos 13) summons ‘the Og’ against anybody who would disturb the dead person’s remains.
Gregorio del Olmo Lete follows a fairly widespread understanding when he posits a three-stage development in the traditions about Og: 1. a ‘mythical ideological framework’ was developed at Ugarit concerning the Rephaim; 2. a ‘historical’ record was composed in the Hebrew Bible; and 3. a mythological transformation of the historical Og took place in Phoenicia.
But a couple of factors suggest, to the contrary, that the purportedly real King Og of Deut. 3 was a development from the general title ‘og’. First, the only etymology of ‘Og’ which makes sense…Continue

How did humanity flourish from just Adam and Eve? This seems to be one of the most puzzling of all biblical questions. The bible teaches us that incest is wrong. Our human conscience tells us its wrong, so wouldn't we think God wired us to feel that way? So how did the human race flourish from only Adam and Eve? Neither bible scripture nor sacred text (that I have found anyway) speaks of God creating any other people in the beginning. In fact the bible makes the singular statement quite clear. We do learn from our bible that Adam and Eve had 3 sons (Cain, Abel, and Seth - Chapter 4), and had a minimum of 2 more boys and 2 more girls (Chapter 5 states that Adam and Eve "begot sons and daughters")... Seven children at least. Jewish tradition says that they had a total of 33 boys and 23 girls. Many biblical scholars, such as myself and most if not all members of this site, believe that Cain was the son of Lucifer. That being said, there would indeed be half brothers and sisters right from the start. We also know that Cain had a wife, which must have been his sister??? Inbreeding causes genetic mutations in some species... Ours very much so included. So did God know this would happen? Was it his plan when he wanted life to multiply? Did God make the law against incest later on down the road before the mutations multiplied and literally toasted the human race?
Does anyone have any knowledge on this subject? Shed a little light here. I've been asked this question before by people that know a little about bible creation but they do not believe in God. I cant tell you how many times this has been thrown in my face when I discuss God's creation. I dont know how to answer them. Where did the people come from? Could this be one of those answers locked away in the basement of the Vatican with the rest of the truths? lol
Thanks for taking the time to read this, and thank you in advance to whoever replies. God bless.
